As the season shifts, so do we.
The wind has a new crispness.
The trees are loosening their grip.
And maybe you’re loosening yours too—on the timelines, expectations, and identities that no longer feel true.
This is the rhythm of fall:
Letting go, not with fear, but with faith.
Not with panic, but with presence.
Letting go opens the door to something sacred:
The courage to reimagine.
Because what if your life could be shaped not by what’s expected—but by what’s essential?
What if your next chapter didn’t have to fit a blueprint?
What if it could feel more like breath?
Reimagining Isn’t a Strategy—It’s a Return
We often think of reimagining as a grand reinvention.
A bold leap. A vision board. A perfect 5-year plan.
But most reimagining begins quietly.
With a whisper: This isn’t working anymore.
With a tug: I want something different, even if I can’t name it yet.
Reimagining isn’t always about starting over.
It’s about returning to what’s real.
Peeling back the layers of performance, productivity, and people-pleasing…
And listening to the part of you that never stopped dreaming.
That part of you—the one who writes in the margins, who exhales when no one is looking, who lights up around certain people and ideas—that is the map.
Not your résumé.
Not your old goals.
Not the metrics that once defined you.
To reimagine your life is not to abandon it.
It’s to finally shape it around the truth of who you are.
And that takes courage.
Not because it’s loud—but because it’s honest.
So if you’re feeling the urge to shift, but you don’t have a plan yet—trust the urge.
That’s your soul saying: There’s more. And you’re ready.
Women Don’t Retire Roundtable: A Circle for Imagining What’s Next
This fall, I’m gathering a soul-centered circle of women who are ready to reimagine what’s next—not just in career or title, but in identity, voice, and rhythm.
The Women Don’t Retire Roundtable is a sacred space for women of color navigating transition.
Together, we’ll explore 11 under-discussed areas of well-being, including:
Rest and regulation
Voice and vocation
Identity, grief, and purpose
What it means to live aligned, not just accomplished
If you’ve been asking: What now? Who am I without the roles? What could life look like if I followed my own rhythm?—this is for you.

Reflection Prompt: The Courage to Reimagine
This week, take a quiet moment and ask:
Where have I been following a script that no longer fits?
What would it feel like to design my life around who I am now?
Am I willing to let go of what’s familiar in order to welcome what’s true?
This is not about having the answers.
It’s about having the courage to ask different questions.
