In every season of becoming, there’s a whisper that says:
you don’t have to be perfect to belong.
Imperfection is not a flaw.
It is the doorway.
It is the place where God meets us whole.
Pause with me here…
You are allowed to arrive unfinished.
You are allowed to bring your questions.
You are allowed to be held by the community.
We are learning that imperfection is not failure.
It is formation.
The pulse isn’t performance.
It’s presence.
The rhythm isn’t polish
It’s truth.
It’s not about fixing what is broken.
It’s about trusting that imperfection is fertile ground.
The work will always ask for more.
The wisdom is knowing when to answer with less.
So I ask you —
Where in your life does imperfection want to be honored?
What becomes possible when you let the community hold your becoming?
What’s Been Blooming
Roundtable 2 quietly began on January 6
The Roundtable has formed, rooted in trust, rhythm, and restoration.
The women who’ve returned are anchoring something spacious and real.
Something new is unfolding — and I’ll be sharing more about it soon.
If you’ve been craving a space that feels like exhale, stay close.
There’s a new opening coming.
→ If you’ve been craving a space that feels like exhale, keep an eye out.
A seat at the Table may be calling you next.

Following the Book Celebration, I’ll be hosting a Restorative Happy Hour. This open house-style gathering is a gentle invitation into the Roundtable experience.

In Closing…
If Women Don’t Retire found its way to you, you’re already part of this lineage.
And while I’m not ready to reveal everything, I can say this:
Something new is emerging in the Roundtable.
More spacious. More soulful. More aligned with the lives we are choosing.
No rush.
No pressure.
Just rhythm.
Every time a woman arrives imperfect, the lineage strengthens.
Every time one of us chooses authenticity over performance, the world tilts a little closer to truth.
As we move deeper into this year,
May your imperfection become an invitation.
May your community become an inheritance.
And may we keep building lives that no longer need recovery.
With devotion,
Pam
